Взаимодействие школы и вуза всегда являлось основным условием улучшения качества профессиональной подготовки будущих педагогов к непосредственной педагогической деятельности. В рамках сотрудничества Карагандинского университета имени академика Е.А. Букетова и КГУ «Общеобразовательной средней школы №27» за многие годы осуществляются различные формы взаимодействия в данном направлении. Также, помимо подготовки будущих педагогов появляется необходимость регулярного повышения профессиональной квалификации практикующих педагогов. Данная необходимость все больше становится актуальной в связи с внедрением и развитием в стране инклюзивного образования.
В период с 09.11.2020г. по 14.11.2020 г. при совместной организации Учебно-методического центра развития образования Карагандинской области, КарУ имени академика Е.А. Букетова координированием руководителя Ресурсного центра КГУ «ОСШ №27» Даупбаевой К.Т. были проведены курсы повышения квалификации учителей по Карагандинской области на тему «Технология разработки индивидуальной образовательной траектории для обучающегося с ООП в условиях инклюзивного образования», общим объемом в 36 часов, включающие лекционные, практические и самостоятельные занятия.
Теоретическую часть курсов проводила PhD, доцент кафедры дефектологии Рымханова А.Р., имеющая исследовательский интерес в проблеме кадрового обеспечения инклюзивного образования.
КГУ «ОСШ №27» являясь Ресурсным центром, как учреждение накопившее большую практику организации и реализации инклюзивного образования, предоставила для слушателей курса практические материалы и свой передовой опыт в работе инклюзивного обучения детей, имеющих особые образовательные потребности. Это – результаты работы учителей, работающих с разными категориями детей с ООП и специалистов Службы психолого-педагогического сопровождения, как учителей-логопедов Ким О.О. и Ахметовой Ш.А.; учителей-дефектологов Исатаевой Р.И., Абрамовой М.Ф.; специальных педагогов Мұқан А.Т.,Сариевой А., Есекеевой Ж.М.,учителя математики Нижегородовой А.О. и учителя начальных классов Кононенко Н.М.
Мероприятия данного характера нацелены на распространение опыта обучения и воспитания детей, имеющих особые образовательные потребности в общеобразовательной среде, тем самым способствовать развитию инклюзивного образования в стране.
